There is great power in silence and stillness in creating that which you need for health and happiness,
Begin your creation when you are just waking up or moving into sleep. This is a period where you are neither here nor there and the great ones are closer then you imagine. They are your guides and helpers.
Your creation should be deep in the root of your mind. It Anything that is important to you must be should extend to the layers beyond in the great expansion. Begin with a verbal affirmation and then begin to build those words into images. Build these images in the light section of your space.
Do this atleast 3 times a day in silence and stillness. Begin to develop that still part of you that is your center of creation. There is great power in that place of quiet. Bring the energy source to that center.
Feel the power of silence. Feel the power of being still. Feel that still power of the universe before it acts. The universe does not make a mistake. Humans make mistakes because they talk to much, and act too fast.
Every word and thought has meaning and the truth of this meaning is in the stillness before the creation manifests. Give your creation quiet power and energy. Infuse it with harmlessness.
Remember your images are not so different then images in the mind of G-d or the holy energy source. First came the stillness. First came the silence and then it all began.
