Lesson #1 In The Beginning

How Did The Universe Come Into Being?

If we look at all the great teachings including the bible it all seemed to have began by a thought in the mind of some creative force. Even physics leaves us at that  beginning. “A patch of space containing a tiny bit of this unusual matter could repel itself so violently as to literally blow up. Guth suggested that a tremendous burst of this sort triggered the Big Bang”. Could this have been a burst of thought in the the greater mind of a force we cannot ever understand completely.

Have you ever had an idea that came as a burst of thought so strongly generated that you were not so sure where it came from. Do you remember the first time you understood something puzzling. Bang, ” I got it.”

You felt that intensity. Sometimes artists have these creative bursts or someone getting a business idea. Maybe a guy sees a girl he is attracted to. A quick image appears – the girl with him in his mind for a brief moment and so the dating process begins. These thoughts can be so fast we do not even realize they are taking place. But, I guarantee you they are.

Look around you. Everything you see began as a thought and thoughts are energy. When thought energy takes form it becomes a manifestation or something we can see in this reality. Every story, play, opera or ballet was a thought turned into reality.

I began wondering about nature what thought made a tree. I found this: But the truth is, trees are actually formed largely out of the air. (Yes, air!) Trees, and all photosynthesizing plants, use the energy of the sun to split atmospheric carbon dioxide into its constituents: oxygen and carbon. And carbon is the primary building block of the tree — and all of life on earth, too.

All thought is a form of energy and energy vibrates at different frequencies. The frequencies have different levels of density. If there are different vibratory levels and different frequencies- well this is certainly food  for thought isn’t it.

But, the most important thing you must understand is that our thoughts are very important. They are the essence of our energy to action. They can bring us forward or pull us back.

Exercise on the Beginning

Go backwards over you life to see how something you became, did or created began as a thought. This may not always be an object. It could be an action. Many of us say I ” wish I had done that differently”. As you go backwards you will realize that which you did was based on the thought that happened before you did it. It may not have been a long thought.  If we had ” thought it out”, we may not have done it. The thought may have become an emotion which lead to an action. t seems to move very quickly, does it not? If you mind your thoughts will you  control your actions?  If you slow down the process will you become more in control?

But how this process happens you will see in a later lesson. I do not know when the next lesson will come so stay in touch.
